Here’s a hair color to envy, want, lust, you come up with the adjective. This color is not fully blonde and not fully brunette, falling in between the two shades and looking incredibly gorgeous. Color by Katherine Hyde at the Jonathan & George Salon in Beverly Hills. Aside from the usual ‘bronde’, what name would you use to call this shade?

Editorial – Hair Fit for a Queen
Winter is coming, and bringing with it luxurious clothing. Embellishments and rich textures in fashion require attention to detail head to toe, and we are loving hair stylist Enrico Mariotti’s take on what it means to have regal locks.

Modern Bob and Color
When we say show me a modern, futuristic hair style, that doesn’t mean you go and waive functionality and show us someone with fifteen different pastel colors in their hair, shaved on the sides, and the rest spiked in to a mo-hawk. Now modern may be a safer term but certainly futuristic is left more open to interpretation, however, we think futuristic means a look someone would/could actually wear but is not as mainstream now.
We came across this functional, chic, and futuristic looking hair color and style, and well, we can’t get enough of it. The haircut and style is by Fernie Andong (FernTheBarber on Instagram), and this platinum white to silver ombre was done by HairByMermyJo (Instagram handle, her first name is Joelle). Isn’t it awesome?
Colorist Cherin Choi
Let’s face it – you know good work when you see it. Take a look at the shades being done by colorist Cherin Choi, who is based out of the Ramirez Tran Salon in Los Angeles. Also known via social media as ‘Mizz Choi’, this talented hair stylist has perfected the process of making your color treated hair appear as if you somehow naturally ‘grew’ this shade yourself, fading highlights out with more emphasis at the ends. Take a look for yourself from this before and after – and follow Mizz Choi on her Instagram account for more hair inspiration.
AFTER
The World’s Most Fashionable Bob
Vogue editor in chief Anna Wintour, arguably the most influential person in the fashion industry and has been for decades, has dawned the same bob hairstyle ever since she was 14 years old. Now normally one would think a fashion guru would like to change up their hairstyle as frequently as their handbag, but Wintour’s bob has become, at this point, part of her essence. Anna Wintour not having a perfect bob hairstyle would be like Vogue not having a September issue.
Wintour gets her hair meticulously trimmed once a month by famous hair stylist Charlie Chan, creative director of the Michaeljohn salons in London.
If you’re up for a google challenge, try finding images of Anna with messy hair. There’s seriously an article by the Daily Mail about the ONE instance she was caught with a hair out of place. It was newsworthy for sure!
Hair Stylist Nikki Lee

Her A-List clientele will make you jealous but her work will keep you inspired. Follow Nikki Lee on Instagram and read more about the famed Nine Zero One Salon at their website.
